Amy is our listing expert and Team Leader. Amy Diamond is a licensed Real Estate Broker for the state of Illinois, focusing on the Northwest & North Suburbs of Chicago (Palatine, Arlington Heights, Buffalo Grove, Mount Prospect, Prospect Heights, Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, Rolling Meadows, Elk Grove Village, Itasca, Lake Zurich, Inverness, Barrington, Bartlett, Streamwood…etc). Amy brings a much-needed fresh and energetic approach to real estate. After many years of working within corporate settings, Amy realized she would put her passion for real estate to work for her. By the time she was 28 years old, she owned four homes (one primary and one secondary residence and two investment properties)! Amy chose real estate so she could assist individuals through the buying, selling, relocating, and investing of properties. Amy assists buyers, sellers and investors with the initial home search or listing their home process and listens to her clients wants and needs so she knows how to support them. She supports, negotiates and walks her clients through the contract negotiation stages of purchasing and selling a property. Amy is an expert in the areas of building trusting relationships, contract negotiation, customer service/loyalty, productivity and time management. Her goal is to empower buyers, sellers or investors to be able to make strong purchasing or selling decisions which result in positive outcomes for everyone. Amy earned her degree in Business Marketing from Indiana University. During her first position out of school, Amy spent 10 years negotiating multi-million dollar staffing deals with large corporations, such as W.W. Grainger, Chase Bank, Bank of America, and smaller local firms. Her strong negotiation skills, combined with her ability to build lasting relationships, has assisted her with her real estate success.
